The images of my work are copyrighted and may not be used without express permission.

EXCEPTION 01: The language and legal writing that I do in the SYNC section of this website are published for your use. You may copy my legal writing if you so desire without concern. In the current legal climate we are experiencing, you could probably get away with copying it whether I liked it or not anyway, because I could never find an attorney to sue you for my loss and harm.  But if I could, you would be in big trouble.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota, because you will have to sue me where I live. But I can't change the jurisdiction laws, and if I want to sue you, I will have to do it where you live. And furthermore everyone seems to just do whatever he wants in Minnesota and pretty much all over the world.  If I had a problem I would likely try to see if I could secure some sort of agency jurisdiction through the Internet this and that or something or another. There are probably at least seven by now...
