Please notice that the Rochester City Attorney is openly engaged in harassment and retaliation since the day we came to Olmsted county from Winona County and fresh from the armed theft of our home at 531 E 8th Street, St. Charles, Minnesota, October 28, 2010.  At all times material we are being harassed and charged with ridiculous petty crimes that we didn't do, it's so obvious we are being hammered and retaliated against - and our billing is being played with on every single utility, numerous court cases are filed and active ongoing since about five years PRIOR to the actual armed theft of our home.  I am dealing with an estate stripping cult, the same group of attorneys are engaged in full on retaliation to delay and cover up the criminal activity they are already engaged in. I don't make a very good victim.

Please notice that he brilliantly provides evidence for us that this and other cases are a connected pattern of predatory retaliation, and he includes a previously received notice and statement of Lisa Stinocher O'Hanlon into his "report" - he admits in writing and to my face out loud that he thinks he has a right to beat and terrorize his victims in order to keep their mouth shut; when in reality he is openly admitting to his criminal acts and asking the judge to cover and protect him by his acts of further retaliation, harm, witness tampering, and violence. The cop admits that he believes fat meth heads who don't pay their bills should be beaten and screamed at.  He also believes that he gets to decide who is a fat meth head.  He also believes that putting my previous statement in his unrelated and fraudulent "charges" is somehow going to "help" his "case".

Also, please note that I was not arrested for this incident, I was later brought a ticket by this Riggot ass hole who was laughing and informing me that I couldn't prove anything because I didn't have it on video, how did he know that?  The whole incident was pre-planned by them, there was already an ongoing issue going on over the utilities and the sneaky and dishonest and illegal way these people were handling our account. They openly admitted to several things on recording and they were pretty pissed off when they realized I was gleefully recording them admitting to these things again and again and over the course of the weeks prior to this violent incident.  (I already had evidence and proof that McGregor, Iowa and St. Charles, Minnesota were doing the exact same thing, stealing $50 from half the town every month by deliberately overshadowing and stealing the opportunity to pay.)

By issuing this report they admit that POLICE CONTACT IS AN ARREST.  Thank you, I accept your statement and it will be used for all purposes, this is the fundamental basis of my argument; forced intercourse; assault and battery, to cover up and protect a pattern of criminal actions and consumer fraud.

Disgustingly stupid and ridiculous. By the time I authored this I am starting to wrap my mind around the whole thing and I am so pissed off and so fed up with these crazy lunatic predators and their bullshit. I was forced to leave town to deal with these issues due to another "warrant" for my "arrest".  I was forced to live in fear for my children's lives and in fear for my own life while trying to "defend" over sometimes as many as NINE court actions simultaneously.
